Hi, we have a small building outside attached (probably use to be kept for coal...who knows) anyway its sloped and tiled. The tiles are in a bit of a nick so I was thinking of removing them and replacing with a PVC sheet or something. Any advice on materials to use. I imagine I would just remove the tiles and boards underneath (most are rotted) and throw and a large 8x4 ply and top with the pvc sheet. Then use builders caulk at the top of the slope to stop therain getting in.
