ferroli vmf7 ???? poss HELP ME the wife + kids R cold

i have a Ferroli 901 with a VMF7 pcb

the other day i woke to find no heating or hot water!!!
went down stairs and the over flow was dripping water out and the boiler pressure was upto about 3bar
on further investigation (panels off) found pilot light on but nothing else (no LED's lit up)
then i cleaned relay 4
it then fires up and kicks in for 10-15 secs then goes off and no lights again
i wait for 5 mins plug it back in and it does the same

any ideas folks

but im tighter than a drum lol

relay 7 didnt come on but now i does sometimes
is there not any way i can check for anything else

If your competant - resolder any dry joints on PCB.

i resoldered the 2 big brown resisters next to each other(dont know what they are for) to get this far
any other suggestions???

also these 2 resisters had got the pcb brown around them aswell
is this norm

Ha - there's more to a VMF7 pcb than that
