Im doing a house up for a London based landlord and part of the job was to arrange the removal of some rubbish. 3 days in he rang me giving it loads because the rubbish was still there i had arranged with a proper bloke to do it but he let me down and one of the lads who was helping me said there was a flyer in the rubbish for rubbish removal.
I got stung as the guy showed me what i thought was a licence as it stated asbestos and other stuff but the next day the environmental people knocked saying it had been fly tipped.
I cant find the flyer or his number all I've got is a ****ty hand written invoice as he is supposed to be bringing me a proper one(yeah right) All this has cost me £250 up to now and i haven't even got a fine or moved it from wherever it has been dumped yet any ideas what happens next as I've given a statement and the receipt too them and offered too remove the rubbish if they can give me a letter for the tip.
