anybody in the hull area used it and if so where can i buy it, have used it on a number of commercial jobs but its always been supplied now i want to use it at home and cant find a supplier. help

I don't want to kick off another debate over timber and metal stud work. But what is the main advantage of Metal stud work? the ones I have seen are flimsy and definitely not as sturdy as timber stud work. I suppose it goes up quicker but I really don't have enough faith in them!
If your finding the metal stud work flimsy then your not installing it properly you do need to add a bit of wood here and there like round door frames and on all the joints i find that solves all the problems also if you build it like a timber wall i.e with enough noggins it should be as solid as timber once the boards go on.
