HELP PLEASE - We need to build a retaining wall. The footings are down but have lost contact with the chap who was going to build it. We have enough blocks to build with them being laid flat. How do we start? what do we need?

Hi it's a garden wall, it's gonna be about six blocks high, there are plenty of stones in the soil beyond so I think water will drain ok,
