hi all
I am in the process of digging out my floor at home as its very uneven (quarry tiles), just wondering if ineed to have a building regs to bring it up to todays regs. The house is around 150 years old and ive dug down around 6-8 inch and its now down to the clay

officially yes the 25% rule of part L will apply if of course its over 25% of the floor area of your house that you are renewing. |
