Recommendations for good stainless steel sink please?

I need a good stainless steel sink (bowl and a half insert into worktop) that will last and not distort like present one.

How do i tell a good one from the bad?

I read it should be 18 gauge ss but none of the details I look at on web tell you what they are made of.

What are best makes?
