Afternoon All,

I have just bought a bathroom extractor fan to replace the old one that has packed up. It would be fair to say the new one, Intervent is very cheap to replace an RDL one.
Not being an electrician I am now confused as to the wiring. The old one has connections for Live, Neutral and Earth. The new one has connections to only Live and Neutral.
What do I do with the Earth wire? Surely it cant just flap around in the breeze.
Any help would be great
Thanks

stick it in a connector block..
I take it it's a class II fan then? little square inside a square symbol on it or it's paperwork somewhere?

Sleeve it green and yellow and terminate it in a chocolate block, for testing and for future use.

Edit: Bah!
