Apollo Boiler help please

can someone tell me the part no. I need for my Apollo Boiler on the paper work it says 15/30 and 30/50 open flue and balanced flue.
The programmer is broken I think it mainly plugs in. I am a lay person we do have a Corgi registered friend who will put the thing in for us if we could only find out the part no.

Thats what the papers that are with the boiler say, i know nothing about them at all.
