Creaking ceramic tile floor

My kitchen ceramic tile floor has creaking
noise from the subfloor, how can I stop the
creaking, thanks

I just moved into a new home and had the same problem (it was driving me crazy). I was checking from underneath (unfinished basement) assuming that it was the sub-floor. What I eventually found (after many hours) was that the tile and a little left over grout was rubbing against the base of the kitchen cabinet. I simply placed a very small piece of a shim in between the tile and cabinet and the loud squeak immediately disappeared. Hope this helps someone!

Now, if I could only get the noisy stairs fixed!
