Eggshell v Silk in kitchen/bathroom.

Which do you think is better in the kitchen/bathroom, Glidden Acrylic Eggshell or Trade Contract Silk or Trade Vinyl Silk? It's going onto new plaster.

Can you water them down, although on the Glidden website it says it shouldn't be watered down?

First coat - thinned contract matt or matt vinyl ,then if you really must have silk/satin

then go for silk vinyl or oil-based eggshell ..The acrylic is s*** (expletive justified

)
