Mortar Repair

I was drilling a mortar line today on my newly build extension (5 month old).
Whilst drilling the hole in the motar line I have slightly put a crack in the motor across a few bricks.

I now feel that is a very very slight bit of movement in the bricks near the crack.

How can I repair?

Would it be best to scrape out some of the mortar and re point that small line?

The bricks shouldn't move at all with just one line of mortar cracked (or even removed). Unless you're imagining it you may have bigger problems...
