Would a 7.0Kw shower run off a 30amp rewirable fuse (red?) ok?

or should I get a shower less than 7.0Kw?

240v X 30A = 7.2kW?

or should it be 230v x 30A = 6.9Kw?

Thanks

A circuit for a 7kW shower could have a 30A fuse. Any larger shower cannot.

However since you will also require an RCD, there is little point in using the 30A fuse, as the cost of an MCB to go with the required RCD is less than £5. There is also the question of what else is in the fuseboard, as many of them have a maximum load of 60A or even less in some cases.

It is highly unlikely you will find any shower less than 7kW. Most are significantly more.

A 30A fuse is sufficient for a 7.0kW shower, assuming that the voltage specified for that rating is 240V.

You'll see people using 230V when calculating loading, but doing that is invalid if the manufacturer's power rating figure is given at 240V.

Do you know how to select an adequate cable gauge?

A 7kW shower will be useless, and a waste of time and money.

Either do a proper job, i.e. install a new RCD protected circuit able to support a much more powerful shower, or forget the whole idea.
