Microbore trunking

I am currently installing a 10 mm microbore system in my 1 bedroom flat. Is there any trunking for such pipe to mount externally onto bathroom tyles as i do not want to chase walls/ retile.

I am planning to screw 25 x 16mm mini trunking to the wall which will accomodate the pipes but i am concerned with the heat and how to secure the pipes within.

any advice be great

1 do the job right

2 if you must, do it

3 the covers will go brittle with the heat over time

4 drill the back first before fixing as it will break

5 you can get cable tie clips that fit it

cheers mate. girlfriend just forked out for new tiling so must be surface mounted, Any alternatives to my suggestion?
