Will Changing The Kitchen Mixer Improve The Poor Hot Flow?

I live in a bungalow, with a vented heating system. Hot flow to all other taps is fine, but the flow to the kitchen monobloc pillar mixer isn't good. I don't know if the mixer is designed for low pressure/gravity systems, as it was installed just before we moved in.

We have changed the hot flexi for a bigger bore one, which helped a bit. Raising the tank isn't possible, as the roof is minimum pitch.

Bearing in mind that the hot flow to other taps is good, would changing the tap for one designed for low pressure help the situation? Can anyone recommend any makes and models for low pressure?

Thanks

Thanks Kevplumb.

I'll have a look.

So, if the other hot taps have good flow, do you think that the kitchen mixer is killing the flow? (dumb question I know!)

probably
it might be worth removing the airator in the spout if it has one

you could try disconnecting the flexi and run it into a bucket

that will give you some idea of the flow
