Ravenheat 820 fan combi problem

Dhw will not fire up with ch off
when ch is running and dhw selected the burner cuts out.
deselect dhw and ch kicks in as normal.
Can anyone give me some pointers to the cause of the fault

For a start you have a faulty diverter valve.

When that is fixed ther may be another fault to sort out.

Diverter valve replaced approx 6 months ago.Checked travel of rod and can hear microswitches making
