Dishwasher has stopped working after cycle. left water in the bottom.

i have the prewash and drying lights flashing on the right hand set of lights with none showing on the left hand side.

i have checked the drainage and the drainage pump which all seems to be ok.

done various other checks aswell. is it the PCB?

Please help

thanks in advance.

prewash means no water water getting getting into the mc poss kinked water pipe ,drying light does stay on after the drying bit.

thanks for your reply.

on turning the dishwasher on both lights come on and flash quickly together. no buttons work and no operating noise coming from the machine water inlet ok, hose is fine.

Im out of ideas.

right, remove consol panel and on the left hand side is a ribbon cable connected to the pcb, remove the connector block and clean the contacts is there a shade of green on the block .the block that needs to be removed is on the left hand side .

SOLVED:

The RH connector to the PCB was indeed green, cleaned up but no lights or buttons working
Tilted unit forward - not sure if this helped
Removed LH connector to PCB
Turned machine on
Cycle choice, button worked - LED lit up in order
Powered off - Plug out
plugged connector back into PCB
Powered up
Unit now working!

I can only presume re-seating the connector was the solution
