Hi,

can any one tell if its safe to say the diaphragm needs changing if the plunger is not coming out to operate the switch. I cleaned it all and put back together but still plunger not operating. If i change the Dhw pressure valve will this sort it or could it be other problems. :(

Done one today funnily enough mate.
Change the full divertor valve behind the Diaphgram as they are funny buggers on this boiler.
They have a pin on them that pushes the Diaphgram pin but when its not working its hard as hell (I find ) to repair and is more cost efficient to replace.
However its quite a fiddly job.

Cheers for your replies guys.....Will i need to drain the system to change the valve behind or do you mean the valve which holds the diaphgram in.
