what felt to buy

need about 40 mts of green shed felt, there appears to be different thicknesses is it the case the thicker it is the better it is??? its for a large garden shed with a pitched roof,,, seen some in wicks about 21 quid for 10 meters,, is this a good place to buy it, im in greater Manchester so there plenty of places any thoughs?? would you buy yours there??
