Flat roofing costs in the region of £40 per square mt, this would include stripping and disposing of existing roof, redecking, and the application of a 2 layer High Tensile roofing system.

Might cost more of course if access is difficult or scaffolding required.

Rooftec!

Do not touch rooftec with a barge pole!!!!!

They have just gone through.......for the 4th time!!!

All the so called 50year guarantees are now invalid.

The last time they went through they left debts of over £200000 and £30000 worth of unpaid fines for burning rubbish.

They have been the scurge of the flat roof market in Lincs for over 10years now and have just set up again in another name.

I would of thought that any company offering a 50year guarantee would make people realise what a dodgy outfit they are.

There is only one rigid fibreglass product that meets all the BBA standards and that is Polyroof.
This carries an indepentent trust fund 20year guarantee with a BBA durability of at least 30years, There system is used worldwide.

I hope this helps.

When you say re-felting, do you mean under the existing slates?

If it is an up and over and no back wing, then you are looking in the region of £ 2600.00 £ 3000.00 plus vat.

This would include scaffolding, new tiles and breathable underfelt.

Based on prices in Humberside.
