Very noisy Radiator - HELP

Hi

Over the last few weeks, the radiator in the bedroom has started to make this loud vibrating noise (sounds almost like drilling from downstairs) which seems to be coming from the termostat valve.

It only happens once the CH is in full flow and warmed up.

It didn't happen for a fews days until I set the thermo to level 3 on the downstairs lounge only for the bedroom radiator to make the vibrating noise after 10 mins or so.

Any ideas on sorting this out?

We have the same problem on our bedroom radiator!!!

It sounds like someone is tapping the same pattern ever time it heats up or cools down.

Ive tried lifting the radiator and holding the pipes but i cant stop the noise!!

have you found the cause of the problem?

Have you tried removing the Thermostatic head and fiddling with the pin underneath?

Not yet, but will give it a go tonight.
