electric shower plumbing

i am having my flat rewired and the electricans have agreed to wire the bathroom for my new shower but i need to know what i need to plumb the water to it the water tank is in the bathroom not far from where the shower is been mounted

if its an electric shower it needs a mains cold supply only.

thanks yes it is an electric shower but im looking to find out what piping etc i need to get for the job

If you look in the manufacturers instructions it will tell you what is suitable,

generally 15mm copper/plastic is used.

The supply size is 15mm and can be in either copper or plastic.
