I think he's suggesting a part P/corgi equivalent for car mechanics. And if the number of premature deaths caused by shoddy workmanship in each of these areas was compared, cars would probably be leading the field. So he does have a point, if a radical way of putting it.
 
I bet he doesn't do his own brake pads though, and he must get through a few sets.

is corgi a registration body for walking little dogs.?
is part p is for bigger dogs ?
is acs for groups of dogs ?

still going to work on gas (in my own properties) will just get a mate to issue cp12 and spark to issue leccy certificate.

started in gas from school as an apprentice,done 32 years of hard graft .now knees and back not happy.

so i an doing something else.

PS manonoter and stop watch for sale only used for inspections..corgi
