They are at it again. January, minus degree temperatures and they are cleaning and coating roof this week.

We dried it with a gas burner, it will be OK> NOT

There is not a roof coating product in the industry that can be applied to a frozen roof or any tiles that are colder than 5 degrees.

They will put ONE coat on, and this will not dry for days and probably freeze, then run away when it thaws.

HIT AND RUN get paid and worry about the finish later.
If your neighbours are having there roof cleaned this week
TELL THEM NOT TO ALLOW THEM TO COAT IT YET.

Cement pointing will also freeze and then coating will peel off within 3 months, and some companies will not bother to come out and fix.

If U R buying on credit, call the finance company and ask them for their advise.

ITS TO COLD FOR COATING
