bleed a radiator until the pressure comes down but you will more than likely have to do this several times untill you get to the root cause of your problem
turn boiler off and look for a drain cock on a rediator or low point on the boier flow and return pipe and open it till the gauge reads around 1 bar. if the filling loop is passing or the expansion vessel stuffed the pressure will rise when you turn the boiler back on.
