got called to a heatline vizo thats 3 years old 2day. it looks like its been fitted by a five year old.anyway boiler wont fire it doesnt sound like its sparking and the screws that hold the pcb cover on r missing looks like someones fiddled to me.and it doesnt help when the tenant cant speak english so cant even ask who touched it

check priamry heat exchanger they are prone to leaking
and then water comes down the igntion leads and takes out the pcb
its killed two heatlines that i know of
and that parts are expensive and take time to get

the boiler comes on shows demand,fan goes and pump but then nothing
 
yes but if pcb has failed it will not ignite also check the aps
as that is the only thing before this point in sequence

Have a looksee at the condensate trap.. It has a couple of electrodes to shut the boiler down when the trap overfills.. if this is the problem, you can check by disconnecting the wires to it and the boiler should fire up again... By the way, it seems that these electrodes will shut the boiler down due to condensation in the trap bridging the electrodes and not always because the trap is full... Worth a go...

would that not course burner lockout though as its connected to the interrupter on the flame rectification side
