Bolier wont fire up!

My condensing boiler seems to be condensing inside and its gone rusty when I take the panel off... and brown water has been leaking out of it.... I have just got back from a weekend away and the reset light was on... when I try to reset it the spark fires but theres no flame and the reset light comes back on..... any ideas?

Sorry its and Ariston 30 A Combi MffI.... not planning on doing anything myself but just wanted to check I hadnt missed the obvious.... its not been serviced in a while so that may well be the problem!s
