Fair price?

Had a quote to lay 10sqm of 600x600 black polished porcelain (not B&Q BTW).
Tiles will have 2 coats of sealer applied before tiler starts.
Tiler to supply all other materials.
Subfloor is concrete.

He came back with £450.
Does that sound like a fair price?
London based BTW.

Sounds a bit higher than I would quote but London rates and all that

labour £30 per m2...£300
materials two 20/25kg baggs of addy coverage will be 10m2, bag of grout as well,travelling/parking in london..thats a few bob...

london rates for any trade are a tad higher than the rest of the country.
if your not sure get a couple more quotes but sounds fair to me..
