dodgy wiring

Had to fit a new consumer for a client, in kithcen boiler was not on spur but feeding off another socket using trunking, i removed the scoket to find wires behind there taped up, measure them using meter and found that neutral was missing, had to look under the floor for the lovely work done by last electrician or so called electrician.

yes you could be right as wiring was run next to pipes, replaced wire with new 2.5mm all working sweet now.
