Hi,

I've been spending the last 2 weeks wiring up a new build for HD video, network and mounted TVs. However when it came to the last room (my lounge) the dot and dab external wall where the TV will be proved to be too difficult to feed wires behind. Therefore I am left with placing the cable externally from under the floor above (about 1.5 m).

Now my house is a corner plot so the wiring outside will be seen so I would like to hide it as best as possible. Therefore does anyone know of a way to hide it? The wires are not external grade so will probably have to be in some sort of conduit.

Thanks for any advice,

Gary

Maybe im missing something but as its a new build why dont you just chase the wall and make good after or have the builders make good. I wouldnt want cables/trunking on the outside of my new house when i can just make more of an effort and do it properly
