Does reducing the max heat output on an ecotec plus down from 24kW to 20 kW mean that when the boiler starts up from cold for CH the gas fan does not go at the same high speed rate that it does when DHW is called for and the hot tap is turned on for full flow. That is, does ranging a boiler only effect CH burn rate.
