Hi,

I currently have a real pain of a boiler prolem at the moment.
Im experiencing a flame Failure light come on when i turn the hot water on.
The only way im currently able to get hot water is by turning my thermostat until it clicks for the Central Heating to kick in.
This is no way economical for me and has been happening for over 2 months now. I have a Main Combi 24 HE which is only 18 months old. The manufacturer has sent replacment parts free of charge to attempt to remedy the fault but currently to no avail have the 4 parts fitted, worked.
Any help tips or advice for the boiler repair man would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

If they are sending out parts then it is probably still in the 2 year gtee period installers can get on these. call there engineer out

please forgive me not an expert ill try my best to say.

2 rubber diaphrams
heat exchanger
1 (what i saw of it was a part with numerous valves on it big brass looking piece)
and another part simlar to it which has smaller copper pipes goings into it.

sorry for the vague explanation on the last 2 parts.
The boiler man said the only part he can replace next is the circuit board which i fear the manufacturer may not fork out for.
