hi everyone, i would appreciate a little help here, i am installing a 10.5kw shower and i am going to run in some 10mm cable for it about 15meters in length, is it ok to bury this cable in a browning wall or does the cable need to be 16mm to do this, thanks, any help appreciated.

10mm² is good for 64A burried in plaster.. ( clipped direct )..
the rest of the run isn't in insulation at all is it? ( ie under the fiberglass in the loft? )?
you'll need RCD or RCBO protection for it though and stick to the safe zones..
also, Part P notifiable

Thats excellent, thanks for the advice. No the cable isnt going to be under any insulation, and will use an RCD. Thanks again
