MFI Mono mixer cartidge / casette replacement - ident

Hello hope you can help I need a new cassette for my MFI tap unfortunately don't know the name of the manufacture. The cassette is 40mm in diameter, 30 mm tall. down to 25mm diam at 10 mm tall with a 9mm sq end 21mm tall.

Its a 2 pronged, 3 hole cassette. I have tried to add a tap picture!!!

Hope you can help with identification as i really do not want to have to replace the tap.
