The rad in my bathroom only comes on when the hot bath tap is turned. I would like it to stay on all the time as the bathroom is so big it never gets warm. I have a Potterton 50e boiler not a combi.

Is it intentionally set up that way? Does the hot water supply run through the radiator? The solution would be to replumb it into the rest of the central heating system.

Alternatively, if you want to to run the bathroom radiator completely independently of your main house heating, you could get an electric one.
