ferroli Combi 77 FF dhw cutting boiler out

Hi, i have a ferroli Combi 77 FF. when the shower has been on for about 5mins the boiler completely goes out (inc pilot). I have put all new stats in and have done a exchanger flush. The problem persists and the water temp seems very very hot.Is there a way of turning down the temp some how on the pcb? many thanks for any advice given. Jim.

Before you start adjusting pcb settings are you sure heat exchanger is ok and water flow rates have been checked?

Just done flow test, it was about 8 ltr per minute. Don't know how good this is but is it acceptable?

flow rate ok ,needs testing to seee if its modulating correctly,if not may be gas valve or pcb
