Afternoon all!
...in DIY hell today, and this one is getting me grief!
Boiler works fine, CH and HW both pretty good. However sometimes under heavy HW demand (CH seems OK) like when running a bath the thing wails like a banshee .. to the point of it sounding really bad
Any ideas what this might be before I get an engineer out? Any further tests I can do to help diagnosis?
..I'm a keen/brave DIYer and a mate of mine has just completed a plumbing course so I'm not afraid to have a bit of a poke around myself.
I also noticed that it's not wired to a thermostat of any kind for the CH, any idea what kind I'd need and how big of a job it'd be to wire up?
