i wonder if someone can help, the service head fuse is 60amp,does this dictate what size switch i need in a new CU i.e.100amp DP isolator or 80amp RCD, because someone told me it has to be the same value as the service head fuse. And that didnt sound right to me,but i may stand corrected. Some advice would be greatly appreiciated!!!

Use 100amp switch.

Use a 100amp switch. the main fuse can be smaller than the switch, but not the other way round - ask them for a free supply fuse upgrade perhaps.
