Not bonded the armour to earth?

How else could you measure a potential difference between the armour and earth?

Working too quickly, taking mobile phone calls, chatting to customer ?

Safe and methodical. A tea break mid morn and mid afternoon is the distraction time. Lunch time being the point where you work out how long the afternoon will take :D
