How long should it take for Crown trade white gloss to fully dry rock hard?

I have noticed that the new 2010 compliant paint takes ages to dry especially the first coat on top of the primer.

it is true that the 2010 VOC compliant paints take longer to dry (initially). By that I mean that the touch dry times are massively increased, as are the times before they can be re-sanded.

Oil based paints take about 6 weeks to cure. Factors such as ventilation will have a big effect.

Not sure if you are aware but there are products (additives) that will speed up drying
