Can't get through to Mira to ask this question.

Does anyone know if the overheat thermostats in Mira electric showers (in particular, the current Sport series) are supposed to reset themselves?

I have a client with such a shower and it has failed three times in less than two years.

Got another client with a Mira electric shower with the o/heat lamp permanently on.

mira sport thermal cutout pt n0 416 41 is a dual disc.
sounds like a water low flow circulating problem if it keeps activating

cheers for that seco - i suspect they are letting the shower head block up with limescale.

is the dualdisc switch auto-reset - or is it a once-only activation?
