I have renovated my bathroom and want to replace the old victorian 4-panel door which looks as if someone has attacked the top edge with an axe! - judging by the 2cm gap at one end and .5cm at the other.

However, the door frame is not a regular size at 191cm high x 68.5cm wide (or 74.8in x 26.9in).

I can't seem to find a door that is close enough to the height to be able to modify - any suggestions?

if your replacing the door because of the badly dammaged top why not trim off the top till you have a clean edge
add a bit of 2"by 2" planed[glued only] trim to fit the opening properly
may not look so good if your varnishing but if your painting should look ok
