This is a new installation in a 3 bed house, to replace an old boiler.

We want a wood / multifuel stove with back boiler, and have seen one we like.

The property (semi) has a very old boiler with hot & cold water tanks. Want to replace these with combi (? happy to be advised on this) and ideally locate combi in garage or loft.

Need the entire solution planned and installed by someone with experience in this field. Happy to purchase wood stove separately.

House will eventually have 2 showers.

you need to remember maximum output and achevied output is greatly different
maximum output can only be acheived for a short time when everything is in an ideal state
average 70% off output on best fuel is more resonable
if you plan on saving money burning collected wood for example you will be forever cleaning and filling for around 40 percent output off the maximum compared with solid fuel

hi
i have experiance in solid fuel systems.
you will need to have a cylinder for the hot water, and also a heat sink radiator. it will be possible to combine a gas boiler with the system. you will require a bespoke system to suit you needs.

the design will have to allow for the solid fuel boiler to be on full burn and the pump stops working!!.
it can be sorted out ok. will send you a line diagramme if you like.
regards
peter
