RADIATORS NOT HEATING UP DOWNSTAIRS

my radiators are not heating downstairs,upstairs are fine,tried taking air off the radiators to no avail.please help

hi

its gas central heating,i have a baxi bolier,only noticed it first last night,upstairs is boiling and downstairs cold i get hot water downstairs for washing etc,but not radiators

try and follow the pipes from the boiler

cant see where it goes too will just call a engineer i think
