Smoking fire

Hi had a parkray installed and new liner all been good for a week when yesterday next door neigbour complians of smoke coming through front of her gas fire vents are on same stack but ours is at least 2 ft higher any ideas regards wayne

Get5 your Installer back PRONTO! could be a serious installation fault with the flue, and your neighbour dying from Carbon Monoxide Poisoning would not be a good outcome!!!

Sounds like a fault with her flue - Get a Gas Safe engineer to her ASAP . You might have saved her life by doing an impromptu smoke test. Do not use either of the fires until it`s been checked out
