Boschi Maxx not spinning

Hi, i have a Bosch Maxx wfl245s. On a wash cycle the motor starts up for a second, maybe less, then the drum winds down. On a spin cycle it will try to start 3 times and gives the same symptoms as above.

I have examined the brushes and there is around 13mm left on them, i have also reversed them to give extra length and they both show signs of contact. Same symptoms.

Basically i'm after advice of what to try next so i can buy the correct part i need.

If it spins up fast sounds like a taco problem. The little disc on the back of the motor also check for a broken wire.

Cheers for prompt reply. Once you're in the motor how do you tell if it's the taco and is this still a component part that can be replaced?

taco is on the rear of the motor might be loose or a broken wire.
