Baxi solo 2 pf fan problem?

Here are the symptoms, sometimes the boiler starts fine othertimes this happens

boiler on light will come on, fan on light comes on, then goes off, it just repeats this sometimes for an hour or so, then it might start up, what do u lot think????

I think it may be:-

1) Duff fan
2) Blocked venturi
3) Failing air pressure switch

Easy to check 1 & 3, 2 needs a corgi
