Hardly any hot water pressure on my down and upstairs taps

Just got in today and tried to run a bath and hardly any water was coming from the hot tap.I tried the kitchen tap and that was the same!
There is just enough water coming through for the combi to kick in (worcester bosh 240) and heat the trickle of water.The pressure on the boiler was below 1 but is now just under 1.5 after i opened the valve on the boiler.Everything was fine yesterday and cant understand why this has happened?
Any help would be great,i cant really afford a plumber unless i can find a cheap one.

is it just the hot taps ?if so may be a blocked filter inside the boiler on cold water supply .

Increasing your heating pressure won't have any effect on the hot water flow rate
