hi - can anyone help please? the cold water tap in the bathroom sink has stopped working - I'm thinking maybe its an air lock? The hot water is supplied by a combi boiler if this is of any relevance? Any suggestions gratefully received

is the basin tap mains or tank fed ?
is it a washer or quarter turn cartridge tap ?
is it copper or flexi pipes to the tap ?

would say the washer/jumper in the tap is faulty.
strip the tap head down then see if you get water flow.
