BG Glow worm 330 - 2 Fault codes

Hi, I hope someone can help with a question on my BG Glow Worm 330 please. I have drained CH system to fit TRVs and lockshields, fired the boiler up after refilling and bleeding system and got Fault code F5. From this I then reset the switch on the Overheat Thermostat (as per a previous post) and boiler ran for 30 seconds and I am now getting F24 fault code (according to manual: CH heating return temp is greater than 90 deg c). If it helps, the system pump itself appears to be running okay - any ideas welcomed, I am stumped!

still airlocked. set the boiler stat to min and keep resetting it. Bleed pump and any other bleeds you can find.
